1. Wet the hair.
2. Apply a walnut-sized amount of shampoo to your hand and distribute it throughout the hair.
3. Add a little water and gently massage. Focus on certain areas by applying a bit more pressure with your fingertips on each side of the head, starting from the top and going down to the nape of the neck. This type of massage promotes and activates circulation.
4. Rinse and reapply a drop of shampoo to wash the hair thoroughly a second time.
5. Rinse again with plenty of water: first with hot water and then with warm water. Finish with a splash of cold water to close the cuticle and add shine.
