Glessy Cosmetics currently ships to European Union member countries, the United Kingdom and the United States.

All orders have estimated times and costs marked in the shopping cart.

Depending on the country, times and costs may vary for both standard and express shipping.  
We assume the cost of shipments over 50€ for standard shipping. If express shipping is required there will be a charge.

International shipments

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Email our team at hello@glessycosmetics.com (include your order number) within 15 days of receiving your order and we will assist you as soon as possible with any returns or additional questions. 

We consider each case on an individual basis and do not issue refunds, but can be used on your next Glessy purchase.
